Some Things Are Too Heavy to Carry Alone
I offer a safe, supportive place to talk through the things you’ve been holding in—and begin to feel more like yourself again.
Life isn’t always easy, and sometimes things just get really heavy.

Stress builds up. Relationships feel strained. Past experiences resurface. Or maybe you just "feel stuck" and can’t explain why.
It’s like you’ve been carrying heavy rocks for a long time—doing your best to keep going, even when it feels exhausting.
You’ve been holding it together, but deep down, you know—it’s time to talk to someone.
You don’t have to have the right words or have it all figured out. Just come as you are.

I work with adults and teens (12+) who are dealing with
a variety of life challenges, such as:
If you’re not sure how to put your feelings into words—that’s okay.
We’ll work together to understand what you’re going through.

It starts with a conversation.
You tell me what is happening.
I ask questions and you respond.
The idea is that we get to the root of what is causing you to feel bad and finding creative ways to solve the problem or cope with the situation.
Simple as that.
The truth is that therapy isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating a place and time for understanding, healing, and growth.
Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and grounded. Many have shared that they felt their life story and values were deeply respected and honored in our work together.

I won’t ever judge you, rush you, or try to fit you into a box.
By listening closely, I’ll ask thoughtful questions and help you find clarity—and connect with the strengths already inside you.

I have deep respect for the realities my clients face: balancing work, family, friendships, cultural and social expectations, and the pressure to “keep going” even when life feels overwhelming.

We’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you and what you hope to get out of therapy.
How I Work With You

What To Expect
Sessions are 50–55 minutes long and held online through ZOOM.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to get out of therapy.
It’s a chance for you to share your story and for us to begin building trust.
In the following sessions, we'll start doing the deeper work–talking through the challenges you're facing, exploring where they come from, and figuring out ways to help you heal and feel more in control of your life.

You set the pace. There's no pressure.
We'll go step by step, and you never have to talk about anything before you're ready.
Everything you share is confidential. If at any point you decide to pause or stop therapy, that’s okay—this is your process, and you’re in charge.
