My work has taken me from frontline crisis response to statewide suicide prevention efforts to building my own counseling and coaching practice. That range of experience helps me bring both a big-picture perspective and practical, hands-on support to the people I work with.

Professional Experience

Community Mental Health
- MCOT Clinician: Provided crisis intervention for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies in the community.
- Zero Suicide Coordinator: Coordinated with 8 Local Mental Health Authorities (LMHAs) across Texas to deploy suicide prevention programs and deliver training for staff and providers.
Court & Community Work
- Partnered with probation departments and court systems to provide structured anger management and rehabilitation services
Founder, New Leaf Services ( 2012–Present )
- Began with court-mandated anger management programs
- Expanded to counseling, coaching, and consulting for individuals, couples, and organizations
