Our program is designed to help you follow the rules while also helping you understand

and manage your anger.

We’ll make a plan together that helps you complete

your legal requirements and work on feeling better.

Employer Referred Clients

If your employer has asked or directed you to

take anger management counseling, we’re here to help.

We’ll work on understanding the things that trigger your anger at work and give you ways to handle it better.

Our goal is to help you meet your employer’s needs

and improve your relationships with coworkers.

Self-Referred Clients

If you've noticed that your anger is affecting your personal life, relationships, friendships, or work,

contacting us for help is a great first step.

Our counseling can help you understand why you get angry and teach you ways to stay calm.
